Team Sleder Privacy Statement

SanDiegoMortgageNews.net is owned and operated by Shanne Sleder. We are committed to keeping all of your personal information safe and secure. This privacy statement explains the protection, uses and benefits of the information you provide in order to ensure your peace of mind through every step of the process.

What information is gathered and how is it used?

The questions we ask on our website are used only to determine which loan products or lenders best match your unique lending scenario. Many lenders have different guidelines depending on the loan and could require different FICO scores, debt to income ratios, loan to value ratios, and reserve requirement. To help determine most accurately with loan product and lender is the best option for your scenario a licensed loan officer will review your submitted TruQuote and either call you or email you to help determine whether or not you can qualify for the loan scenario and product you may have selected in the form. In this conversation, we gather some additional data about your current loan, property, and financial history that may have an impact on your loan.

You should only feel comfortable providing this information to a trusted name with a verified commitment to your privacy and security. Team Sleder has been in business since 2003 providing San Diego Home Loans to individuals for purchases and refinances. You can be confident that our only interest is helping you obtain the best San Diego Home Loan possible. Should you have any questions whatsoever regarding the personal information submitted to Team Sleder, please call us at 858-519-3935 or email us at shannes@rwmloans.com.

Does Team Sleder share my personal information to other companies?

We will never share your information with any third party for any reason, except to help you obtain a home loan.

Does SanDiegoMortgageNews.net use “cookies”?

Yes. To personalize your experience on our website and to enhance security, we may assign your computer browser a unique random number known as a “cookie”. Cookies enhance security by allowing us to identify you should you wish to access your personal profile upon returning to our site. Cookies also allow the site to display the proper pages and forms appropriate to your profile.

Your privacy and security are not compromised when you accept a cookie from SanDiegoMortgageNews.net. We do not use cookies to collect any personal identifying information and a cookie cannot read data from your computer’s hard drive or read cookie files from other websites.

What Happens if I Fill Out the TruQuote Request Form?

You will receive a confirmation by email that your TruQuote has been received by Team Sleder. A licensed loan officer will review the information submitted, research your property, and put together a custom mortgage quote based on the information gathered.  It is quite common for the loan officer to place a follow up call or email within 24 hours of submission to gather additional data that was not on the initial TruQuote form and may be needed to provide an accurate mortgage quote.  Once all the required information is gathered a detailed mortgage quote will be sent within 24-48 hours.

Completion of any quote request form on this website implies the establishment of a business relationship and gives us the right to contact you via phone or email.

If you have any questions regarding our Privacy Policy, our website, or any other aspect of the services we offer, please call us at 858-519-3935 or email us at shannes@rwmloans.com.
