Jennifer is an integral part of the Ready to Move Pre-Approval and the Ease of Mind Lending Process. She will review and prepare your file for pre-approval and underwriting, making sure we have all the items we need so your approval has as few conditions as possible and we can close on time.
Jennifer was born and raised in Escondido, CA. She had worked in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and takes pride in her role. She has been married for 21 years and has four kids. When she’s not working, she enjoys playing pool and is currently on a 9-ball team!
Laura Martinez
Reverse Mortgage Processor
Laura has been Shanne’s personal loan processor since 2004. They have developed a great working relationship which helps loans get processed in a smooth and efficient manner. Laura is an integral part of the Ready to Move Pre-Approval and the Ease of Mind Lending Process. She will review and prepare your file for underwriting, making sure we have all the items we need so your approval has as few conditions as possible. Laura is fluent in Spanish and enjoys the unique perspective gained from understanding different cultures. Laura has a substantial professional history of managing banks and credit unions in San Diego, where she developed her exceptional customer service skills. Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She is very active in her neighborhood and volunteers at local community events. During her spare time, she enjoys crafts, scuba diving, hiking, and traveling.
Dustin Chancellor-Maddison
Production Partner
Dustin’s role is to help guide you through the beginning stages of your loan, assisting with your application and consultation. He will provide consistent communication and follow-up to make sure you are in the best position possible. He will assist to help make this a stress-free process, so you can focus on your dreams of homeownership. After escrow closes, Dustin will make sure our services continue as we manage your mortgage with our More Than A Mortgage Program.
Dustin moved to San Diego from South Africa when he was seven years old. He has successfully built multiple businesses. For the last 17 years, he worked in sales and design with an emphasis on customer service. Dustin enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and three children. He loves traveling the world with his wife and meeting new people everywhere they go.
Kellie Miller
Marketing Assistant
Kellie works hand in hand with Shanne to provide the best client experience: before, during, and after the loan process. She knows a little goes a long way, so it’s her job to ensure each client feels special every step of the way. Communication is key, so she provides information via all platforms, so there’s never a beat skipped. Kellie reviews all feedback, so our process is always evolving to achieve the highest quality and more.
Kellie’s background varies from broadcast news journalism to marketing and fitness training. She has a great love for people and loves to connect with everyone she comes across. Kellie is inspired by hearing people’s stories and being able to help them achieve their goals. Aside from building relationships and impact, Kellie finds joy in working out, soaking up sunshine, a good self-care day, and traveling the world.
